![]() Have a look into this issue for you? We look forward to your email. Could you please send us an email to so we may We are sorry to hear that your experience with our app did not meet yourĮxpectations. When I reported this to Yoyo, I was told “ Please note that our app does not allow 2 different phones to use the same log in details.” Well, in reality it seemingly does, despite the two people involved not sharing their Nero app log in details! I notice several people complaining about VitalityHealth vouchers being missing, and wonder if in reality they are experiencing the same issue… Logging in and out on one phone just means both phones are automatically logged into the last account logged into on one of the phones. We then started investigating and realised we were continually being both logged into one account. ![]() We first became aware of the problem because if one of us used our VitalityHealth voucher, the other person’s voucher immediately disappeared from the their phone screen, twice in front of the barista’s eyes as we both held up our phones for vouchers to be scanned. Which ever one of us logs in, the other is involuntarily logged out of their account and logged into the same account, despite not knowing the password or pincode of the other’s account. Problems began when we joined VitalityHealth and my husband downloaded the app so he too could earn weekly vouchers. Security warning if you share an Apple IDįor years I was only person on my family Apple ID that used the Nero app. a great moments fun! Reality is, rather than carrying loads of stamped cards I carry loads of digitally stamped cards my next game is just symmetry (and bragging rights over my wife on our Saturday morning coffee stop) can I get 1 fully stamped 3x3 card, plus another 9 fully stamped cards before using them. I’m of little faith when it come to winning big, BUT ‘shake to open the cracker’ shaking a cracker is so much more fun than pressing a button! When I shake it my feelings are like the expressions I see on the face of my five year old son, either utter wry disappointment on a naff joke, or visible joy when winning a stamp!. ![]() ![]() Now the app, I design processes so I generally consider apps and the accompanying processes a real faff with little return for the inconvenience of using them, however the Nero app is simple, works just like the paper version plus the extras. For starters, consistently the best quality high octane coffee out there, keep it going guys! ![]()
